From time to time, there may be public hours at the club where non-members will be considered guests of the club. Otherwise, the club is open only to Members and their Guests.
A Member is responsible for the behavior and any result of the behavior of their Guest. A non-Member who closely follows a Member through the door will be considered a Guest of the Member followed in.
There is NO ALCOHOL permitted in the Club.
Table heaters are set to the proper temperature by the club. This may change from time to time as the seasons change. Patrons may not adjust the table thermostats.
The Club is an inclusive, welcoming place for anyone wanting to play or learn about the game. Patrons should share this attitude and be respectful and welcoming to all. Comments or behavior contrary to this attitude are strictly prohibited.
Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks may be brought into the Club. Any deliveries must be met at the outside door if the outside door is locked at the time of delivery.
Food is to be consumed inside the Lounge area entirely..
Drinks may be consumed on the playing side of the high-top tables bordering the Lounge – but only at these tables and drinks must never be closer than 5 feet to the snooker tables..
Garbage and recycling bins are provided, dispose of all waste appropriately
There are paper towels and cleaning supplies provided to clean up any mess you make. The club is generally staffless allowing the Club’s professional quality facility to remain affordable.
Patrons who leave a mess may be not allowed to bring in food or drink
The table lights will be off when play is not allocated. Playing with no lights is not allowed.
Patrons are to clean up after themselves
At the end of a match or practice session, players are to put all balls into pockets and not leave balls sitting on idle tables
The club supports and encourages youth adoption of snooker, but patrons under 18 must be a guest of a member or have a parent or guardian sign off on their membership, assuming responsibility for any violation of these rules by the youth member and indicating their consent for the youth member to be present in the club.
